Just my 2cents but yeah using the snorkle to relocate the UNI instead of a direct carb mount is done quite often. My 50cc prefers a strait carb mount but, so long as your not bogging and the jetting is ok, NO Problemo. Same noise level just off to the side indstead of under the seat.

I LOVE the pig pic!!!! My aunt had a pot bellied pig that was cute for the first year then, 2 years later at over 200lbs out grew all 3 dogs and the kids. (smarter than the dogs when it came to food) Great pics!!!

Hey Doug, I agree with everything Sprocket said but I will add this-- That looks VERY COOL!!!! Not much gain in performance without other mods and tuning but, If I could find one, that would be my next mod!!! Way cooler than an UNI and most likely a bit more quiet. I just wonder about the price tag. One with leds would look very cool even if performance is negligible.

Thanks JR. Thats what I was thinking too. I may be wrong about the exact weight 8/9 but, Removing 3 of six stock rollers just doesent sound like a good idea for a daily driver to me. He has the performance but like you said and I was worried about, the long term over reving maybe an issue. I recomended a chepo tach and just getting a set of rollers that are close to the total weight. It's a comprimise of top speed and take off but, overdoing either can be a recipe for disaster IMO.

A fellow 50cc friend of mine removed 3 rollers from his scoot instead of buying difrent weights. He is running 8 gram rollers for a total of 27 grams. The question is--- What type of damage (if any) can happen with only running 3 rollers??? I was thinking this is a bad idea but after 400 or so miles his scoot runs like a champ (Although reving high) He removed every other stock roller so the weight is even but I still think it's a bad idea. Am I wrong?

If you make sure the fuel to air ratio is ok and don't mind a drop in MPG, I see no reason why there should be a problem. My 50cc has had different combinations of Air filters and exhausts for the past year. I am going on 4,000 miles without incident. Keep it running a bit rich, Change the oil religiously, and Scoot on!!!!

Jet Wanted

Sorry if I posted in the wrong place. Move at your discretion. I need a #90 jet for a Kehin clone carb or the Stock carb on a 139qmb engine. Does anyone have an extra or not using one?? I can't seem to find a 90 without buying a set. Plenty of 88/95s to be found but, a #90 is only available in a set or costs like 15 bucks with shipping. Maybe someone can point me in the right direction if nobody has a spare I will pay but I don't wanna pay 10 bucks shipping for a 4.00 item.

No No Luke, the mods sit in back and watch like usual. They can see the danger coming that way. I want Lefty or Sprocket up front and you and EM can draw straws. I think Puddle Jumper should be driving though. I might hang around and direct traffic to keep things safe ;D I did find a bit more about the build if anyone is intrested. There's A couple a videos showing how it was done. I gotta look it up again though.

I have no more info than the video itself. I found it on another site and thought you guys/gals might find it kinda cool. I was expecting to see another set of (training wheels) in the middle but, that would probably disqualify it from being a scooter. Notice how it was not driven with other riders on. Not practical and just for show IMO but kinda neat. I would like to see whats under the canopy. Must be a really long throttle cable ;D 22 meters is about 72 feet

Congrats on feeling the breeze on your knees but, PLEASE be carefull. I don't wanna read about Fred crashing with a hot date riding to church. I am glad you got to ride but, A 7 for pain is not worth it IMO. Just send me your pain killers and relax for the next few weeks. ;D ;D Seriously though, take it easy and don't do anything that could prolong your healing.
