yes that is what im talking about . that little wedge looking like thing called the woodruff key and a free flowing intake would br anthing aftermanrket , ipresume . thanks again .

i have a spare clutch laying around that came off of a short case 150cc . will there be any negatice effect .
is cvt also another way of saying clutch

on the old engine that belonged to the roketa bash i noticed that the woodruff key was alot bigger than normal is that a good thing what is the keys purpose

any particular place i can land these parts .
the one thing i dont have on this scoot . refering to the one on my sig is the racing cdi i was looking for the cdi but i couldnt find it . it wasnt in its traditional place on the frame of the scoot or in the battery compartment

thanks jon i looked in cvt and it was clean as a whisle . i couldnt take the variator off tho, even with the 700lb impact wrench i have

alleyoop ur a pretty cool dude. to day i was riding thinking it may have been the clutch . any advice in making the clutch alot better i have heard of some bushing or something being done to the clutch to maximize its grip thus far giving more take off to the scoot .

well i thought that by getting a bigger carb meant more air and more fuel creating more power . but i did put bigger jets on the stock carb .
i dont want to consume more fule . i really didnt feel any difference in speed or power after i rejeted it . just sucking up fuel . i changed the jets because i installed an iridium plugg as well as a "racing coil"
