if the windsheild starts fading use some headlight restore on it as for the seat if it is leather then use a good leather condisner but it is most like vinyl

ok you said you have spark was that holding the plug to the motor or frame ? you have fuel getting to the carb have you cleaned the carb the are many tiny ports that have to be clear or you will not get fuel into the motor when you check the plug was it wet or dry
