Ok I tested the wires coming from the stator on the VAC setting.... White- 24.4. Yellow- 18.8 Green - 7.3.

The volts at the battery never increase. They started at 11.88 and continued to drop as it is running. As far as the plug from the stator it has 11.50 or so at the yellow wire(I think it was the yellow. And that's VDC. I'm pulling my hair out over this.

I have an 03 midwest apollo 50cc scooter. Battery is not charging! I replaced the stator and still no charge ! Stator is a 5 wire 8 pole. Does the regulator control the charging? I was told it only controlled the lights?? Readings at stator plug in are yellow- 9.0. White- 8.4. Green- .43 all VDC. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT! Thanks
