well its still cold hear in the northeast ,but the sun is siting higher an its just a matter of weeks instead of months to ride ,this year the roads will be there worst in years couse we got what they call the January thaw every other week making for bad frost heaves .but just the thought of getting more of the real pdi done is  nice ,the simple things an get to enjoy my new garage for the first spring it got put in just weeks before winter so realy have not got to enjoy yet ,in life ,I am not sure one that said these are for those who could not normaly afford a scooter ,well I think a bit different about that ,my thought was to save alot of money couse as I get older my hobbies change more often ,like from rideing a snowmobile to snow shoeing ,was just a choice , 8-|I like that one :)no this one ,I guess if I could I would have 2 of everything hehehehehe come on heat ya man  |

I had hear that for some reason should turn off kill switch as well as the 2 sounding of the remote alarm ,if one does not its pulling power from the battery ,so I guess I will try to make sure out is slide off right . slide left on is in is on with my 2013 ,I guess if I get in habbit of using killswitch before takeing out the keys then should be safe an if I used the remote to start is 2 unlock clicks as well

yes that sounds good for me ,I got the new valve stems did the anti freez ,going to do gear oil I may just check it ,couse they did that in pdi,I got the upgraded adjustable carb ,I got to admit my hoses seem fine for now ,upgrade battery an look to put some lower wattage bulbs in there ,an upgrade the stereo ,will see how the rr holds up ,I plan on getting road side incase of break downs ,was thinking about loosening the plug as there so tight an I am sure that heating the motor the plug would be harder to get out ,thanks

we are there soon ,sounds like you live in similar weather conditions to me though its been a bad winter ,god bless JR.the spring breaks everyone is happy for awhile till it getting to hot  oh well its allaways nice to get through winter even in florida |

life is to short for well we know ,treat how we want to be treated ,I belong to well lets say ,whear if we may not like someone they show us in life to love them ,an someone said is comes back to us for good things are about change ,,though nothing in life is perfect .its allway progress not perfection ,yes I went through something similar ,now I am in the right place

I got an amp an power outlet ready to go ,just going to get speakers ,an ? ,I think the ones in it are like 2 inch ,should get better sound ,got speakers on the way ,??what did you use to make the holes for the speakers ,now with mine they just need to be bigger for 4 inch speakers I just got some boss 200 watts ,pyle 300 watt mini amp with mp3 hook up,my though is to unhook the stock stereo altogether

actually I had no clue anything was going on though yes closed older forums you got a whole new crew now JR ,to work together ,yes the weather hear has been bad to freezing again ,about 4 weeks something gives the rain washes away the sand an salt ,I usally get my car out first week in march  )let it sits in the driveway ,good old spring ya man |

yes I see ,I guess its been since then that a lot of dealers on the net as well as some local jap dealers selling them too we have ,a used bike guy selling them ,he owns a Honda suzuki dealership in mass,seems just as well condidering what we pay why spend anymore ,an it gives us something to do

Scott the 2013 Kymco 500 is brand new. the fact that the 14000 miles an going strong threw me off,i guess then that is a good deal only 500.00 more for the 500cc, 8-|oh well ,though I guess for that kinda$ I would look for left over jap scooter there ussally the best deals ,but what do I know sorry speed racer an I missed the link to ahaha da,its hard to see the info ,say $6000.00 someone has a real nice jap scooter on there floor somewhear ,when I sold my bike there was ressesion in 07 to 08 was bad time for me to sell ,but I did not want it to get another year older,ok I edit the other post couse was way off,  ? about you 2008 an 15000 miles ,wow is that all you did ,what kinda pdi the tire valves there still the same ,same belt ,like I had said that's like alot of miles on these with no problems thanks,would like to hear more on your 2008 |

yes its true ,though I like that thread the guy has 15000 miles on his 2008,so thank makes me feel good about the engine,not sure what pdi he did but he said he did not do that much a few tires

the 2013 yy250t I may put new stereo ,I ran it few times with my mp3 hooked up it seems loud enough ,but the speakers lack any real bass,looking at the tiny little ones in there. making bigger holes an putting larger speakers ,with mine in the same place ,I guess to start with the bigger speakers ,I got alot of songs on the mp3 ,I don't see getting stereo working to get fm signals hear stink,1000 ,songs,mine is loud but its like the speakers cant handle it,i may bennfit from putting an amp an speakers as like I said I got mp3 1000 songs ,is alot ,I wonder what the watts of the stock radio puts out

I agree with that is why i went with the one year that came with it ,I am a 3 years 36 kinda guy ,I used to buy the 1200.warrantys that they sold you when buying a car,its a racket,they sell everything that way now ,I never had to regret not buying it ,an I would rather have 1500.00 put to the side for a big fix.one time I got 3 year warranty 10 years ago ,when lcd tvs were getting big ,at 2 years it did come in handy ,as they replaced the main circuit plate ,an now had it for 10 years ,but I allways decline anything extra ,couse 9times out of 10 ,there not used,its like getting kicked in the  sticked  ,it could be a the next thread ELLPEE hehehehe what you all think about warrantys guys , I asked them about the local who sells a few roketas about working on my scooter for warranty work,NO! he said ,if your engine blows up you ship it to us we replace it,nice info he gave was there is 6 bolts holding the motor in place,i did not but I should have said well what about the other hundred nuts bolts screws I will have to take off,so when buying I kinda new ,joining this forum was a great thing ,if you don't live near your seller ,then its pretty much all the work myself,a have a friend who knows alot about the engine I would not know or may not, |
