Well I have to agree with you it is internal and it I would suspect the piston has a crack or a hole in it if you have zero compression. So you will have to take the 4 bolts on the head off and cam pull it off to check the piston. BUT if you do that before you loosen anything LINE IT UP as if your going to adjust the valves like in the first VIDEO with the timing on the flywheel and cam sprocket. THEN PUT A MARK ON THE CAM SPROCKET and CHAIN like this so when you put it back together you will not be off on the timing you will be right on. Alleyoop And also you can mark your flywheel but as in your picture the case pointer points to the LINE before the "T".

Well that is good because It looked like everything was dry no oil anywhere I also noticed the valve arms looked burnt to me but that could just be something else. When you cranked it did you see the valves moving up and down good? Alleyoop

With the valve cover off get a towel or something and hold it under by the head and crank it and see if oil squirts into the head. Alleyoop

Well the timing looks good, what I do not see is OIL around the head by the rockers and cam and chain every thing looks dry? IS there any oil up in there usually it is all oily and oil sitting at the bottom there. If no oil then that noise maybe the chain on the pump or the pump itself. Alleyoop

I think a 75 would do, the 18mm carbs usually have a main jet in the high 60 size like 69 or so. Alleyoop

Well I spent money to save money and work. I had to replace mine 2 times at $106.00 a shot. I said SELF do you want to keep buying this crap every year or get it fixed right. SELF said get it fixed right and VIOLA 3 1/2 years later not a dime spent on any part of the exhaust or muffler and it still looks new. Alleyoop

Well a bigger main jet you should get after all now you have more displacement so it can take a little more fuel to produce more power. But check your current jet size first otherwise your shooting in the dark. Alleyoop

No it would not but you asked about the noise and I think its the starter clutch. When it died on you where you at WIDE OPEN THROTTLE or how did it happen.
Since you say you have SPARK check if its a fuel problem it may be clogged or the PETCOCK not allowing fuel to flow to the carb(SO TAKE THE FUEL HOSE OFF THE CARB and put it in a cup and crank the motor and see if fuel comes out. If it does then take the VACUUM LINE going to the PETCOCK or the carbs RIGHT SIDE and pour a tiny bit of gas and hold it up so it flows straight into the intake and reconnect and see if it fires. But with no compression something in the motor is not right, could be a hole in the piston with zero compression.
One more thing check the timing bring it up to TOP DEAD CENTER like your going to adjust the valves and take a picture of the CAM SPROCKET and the FLYWHEEL I want to see if maybe jumped timing. BUT I NEED PICTURES or VIDEO of how you set it up to adjust the valves so VIDO the CAM AREA and the FLYWHEEL so I can see the timing marks to tell if it is off. I can only guess without VIDEO or PICTURES of how it is set. So you have to help me see what is what.

No a bad starter will not kill the motor that is just used to start it by turning the STARTER CLUTCH inside the right side of the motor behind the stator which is behind the flywheel. And to get to it you have to take the Flywheel off the Stator then about 5 bolts holding the right cover of the motor. This is what the STARTER CLUTCH LOOKS like and what is behind the right motor plate. Alleyoop ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE GEAR HELD ON WITH THE 3 BOLTS YOU SE IS THE ACTUAL STARTER CLUTCH:

Well with oil down there and still no compression points to the VALVES. So take the valve cover off and look at the valves and springs and see if anything is broke may want to take a couple of pictures and put them up here so I can see the valves as well. Then bring it up to TOP DEAD CENTER again and check the gaps. .004 inchs on both of them, put the spark plug back in and see if it acts better. But the noise sure sounds like the STARTER CLUTCH, do you have a KICK STARTER on it if so you may want to try starting using the KICKSTARTER. Alleyoop

Good, but the problem is no compression so, Lets check if the compression is rings or valves. Pour about half oz of oil down the spark plug hole and do the FINGER COMPRESSION again REMEMBER HOLD THE THROTTLE WIDE OPEN and see what it does to your finger. Alleyoop

What I would do is make a bracket and bolt the muffler to the Swingarm that the motor is mounted to then you can do whatever you want with the rest of the piping to the muffler no flex crap on it. Alleyoop

Ok, lets check something out. take the spark plug out and stick a straw in the hole and just turn the flywheel or variator with your hand and see if the straw moves up and down. Alleyoop
