It has about 9 volts when u first turn on the key and the voltage steadily drops to nothing. Is that right?

The black wire on the 2 wire plug is the only one that has 12volts. Sorry for the confusion. Do yall think i have the wrong cdi. I remember someone saying a dccdi was bigger than the accdi. The one to i bought is smaller. Than the one that was on it from the factory.

The only wires from the motor are 3 yellows. blue/white and green/white.
