hi there ive just purchase the znen firenze 125cc (lambretta pato)

its about 3 years old very clean but it seems to lack any power or top end ? ive taken it on a run and can only get 34mph ?and thats a struggle ,it starts up first time and idles great but just very slow for a 125cc ,if any one can give me any pointers as im a newbie that would be great as i need to get this fixed for work thanks .

A general inspection will probably find the issue,,how many miles?,tires up to recommended pressure?,,,check the air filter,,,and oil,,,and the carbs main jet may be partially plugged,,,check all vacuum lines for cracks,,,there's a start

I said many time on a engine compression test will tell many things like ring condition,valve problem health of engine over all only need to pull plug and insert compression gauge and you will get a wealth of information.
