We are getting excellent pressure.. I assume you mean COMPRESSION you did the finger trick and it lifted your finger of the spark plug hole. IF So good now test the FUEL DELIVERY that will tell us if you have a bad FUEL PUMP or a clogged carb. Did you try squirting gas down the short vacuum hose and did it FIRE? Alleyoop ALSO WHERE DOES THIS LABLED HOSE GO, IT LOOKS LIKE IT GOES TO the FRONT OF THE SCOOT?

So putting a little gas straight into the VACUUM hose that is connected to the INTAKE MANIFOLD(That is the BLACK CURVED PART THATIS BOLTED TO THE MOTOR) and it DID NOT FIRE ONCE just cranked like in the VIDEO? Then I would say the SPARK PLUG IS NOT FIRING.
QUESTIONS: Did you guys check for SPARK HOLDING THE PLUG TO THE VALVE COVER?
Did you check the COMPRESSION USING THE FINGER TRICK.

We did the compression test and thats good. We put a new spark plug in the other day, and we do have spark.. My dad put the gas in that hose and the bike didn't fire once..

It is hard for me to believe the spark plug is firing if gas was put indirectly into the intake and it did not fire once. Was the spark plug test doing it on the VALVE COVER or the FRAME?
Also I notice on the VIDEOS you hit the KILLSWITCH to shut it off. The KILLSWITCH is only supposed to be used for emergenceies, just use the KEY TO OFF to kill the motor. Many times the killswitch will ground out and no spark so the less you use it the less likely it will go bad and ground out the CDI which results in NO SPARK.
Also do you have a GROUND WIRE from the FRAME TO THE MOTOR CHECK for a ground wire usually they bolt the wire to one of the bolts on the valve cover and then straight to the frame. Without a good ground the spark plug will NOT FIRE.
SO IF ALL that I have said to test is good then it is time to clean the carb. BUT I SUSPECT TWO THINGS. 1. The fuel pump because you guys have not tested the fuel delivery like I said to do. 2. The other the carbs pliot jet is clogged AND THAT IS IF YOU REALLY HAVE SPARK.

Should I try to kick start the bike? Just wondering if it would make a difference. .

Ok good, But no fuel from the tank to the fuel filter. So that means fuel is not flowing from the tank to the fuel filter. Now the FUEL HOSE from the tank which is UNDER the tank RIGHT? If so that hose should go DOWN to the FUEL pump otherwise the pump has no fuel to pump to the carb. The hose from the tank to the fuel pump should not GO UP and then down fuel flows downhill.
