Looks like Honda woke up when they brought the Metropolitan back and it's still a classy scooter but why did they downgrade the engine? 35MPH top speed? There is a guy who works at the local school and his handicap only allows him to ride a scooter and he's had a Metro since 06, bought it new and it'll hall butt. Don't understand Honda?
