hi guys and gals
I have a ? my reflex clone overheated last week while in a parade mostly was just idling temp guage got HOT was boiling over thought it was the thermo sensor on rad so put new 1 on fan still didn't come on checked water pump turns no problem I come to find out that waterpump doesn't pump fast enough while doing allot of idling.top of rad was hot bottom was cool as soon as I raise the rpms on center stand coolant flows faster then fan comes on is there something I can do there are no restrictions anyware only got 700miles maybe an inline water pump with a switch any input would help

The water pumping slow or fast shouldn't have anything to do with the fan kicking on, when scoot reaches that hot temp idling or driving fan should kick on. is there coolant in your over flow reservoir?

First welcome to the forum. Let me ask you some questions, When you say won't start, does it crank at all, or is there nothing? do you have power (battery good?) Is there gas in tank?

yes there is coolant in overflow flushed all old out and refilled and burped it
