Got to adjust the idle screw and mixture screw on the carb. Had the same issue with my little 50cc until I did this and all is fine now.

you have to click desktop at the top of the screen and you should be able to see it sorry, and i tried both of the screws and it continued to do the same thing without drastic changes to the srcews. i went about five turns from closed on the mixture srcew before i stopped and the idle screw as far in as it would go, will tinker some more tomorrow, thanks so much

Got it NEAL, yes it is not getting enough gas that is your whole problem or you have a really bad air leak by the carb or hoses. Can you take a picture or Video around the Carb area and hoses? I noticed yours has a PAIR system that is the Horseshoe pipe in attached to the Valve Cover. What I think is the problem is that your PILOT JET and OR PASSAGES are CLOGGED and will only run if some fuel is being sucked out of the MAIN JET. Can you take a picture of the CARB area both sides and the hoses to include the hoses going and coming from wherever. Or A SLOW VIDEO of them. But I think you need to take the Carb off and clean out the PILOT JET and PASSAGE. QUESTION Did you take the CARB apart and what parts did you take out. Now the Fuel Ratio Screw take it completely out and there should be a SPRING, A Tiny WASHER and a Tiny O-Ring in that order. If the O-Ring or Washer are missing that is letting a lot of air in and not enough fuel. Alleyoop HERE IS THE FUEL RATIO MIXTURE SCREW: HERE IS THE CARB WITH BOWL OFF and JETS: HERE IS WHERE THE PILOT JET FUEL COMES OUT OF: 1. Take the Pilot jet out and make CLEAN IT AND MAKE SURE YOU CAN SEE DAYLIGHT THROUGH THE JET. 2. Then with a SPRAY CAN OF CARB CLEANER, they come with a LONG THIN STRAW, stick the straw into the HOLE WITHOUT THE JET IN AND SPRAY. 3. Spray should come out of the TINY HOLES in the PICTURE BELOW: HERE IS WHERE THE MAIN JET FUEL COMES OUT OF: Do the SAME as you did with the PILOT JET ABOVE:
