Oh and I forgot to mention my key was turned to the right ( on position ) for about 3 hours before it started doing this. I don't know if that matters, but thought I would mention it.
Could it be my kill switch? Or do you think it's my starter engine? Or is it still too early to tell? I will buy and volt reader today. What should I touch with it?
Fuse box? And what else?
And since my tail lights are working does this mean that my break lever switch thing is working as well? But since my blinkers aren't working that's why I think it could be my kill switch?

Now when I hold in the break and try to start it there is a buzzing sound but no turn over? Could this be my battery? Because it only does this with the trickle charger on.... When I take it off no buzzing sound. The battery isn't even 3 months old.

Get a fully charged battery in there and it will probably start. You can also jump your scooter battery from a car battery as a test. Just make sure the car engine is turned OFF, or it will cause problems.

Assuming no fuse/connector problems, my experience has been that the horn is a good quick test for low battery. If the battery is badly discharged the horn will just whimper or even make no sound at all. Of course a good strong beep doesn't mean the battery is 100%, but the converse has been true for me -- wimpy beep means wimpy battery charge.

Yeah.... I feel like a idiot. I check to what seemed like thousands of wires/fuses/everything took off all the plastics ALL that, and turns out my 2 month old battery is the problem.... Go figures. Bought a new battery ( for free ) since the old one was under warranty charging it as I type this... Into the scooter to fire up with the old battery but then went dead right after I shut the scoot off and detached the trickle charger.... But at least I found the problem..... Just kind of stressful.
Thanks for all the help though guys at least I learned something. BTW does anyone know how to fix a broken speedometer? Since my front plastics are off I might as well try to tackle this.

The Bali 250 will not have a fused solenoid. The fuse is in the fuse box on the brake light circuit and the solenoid is tied to the brake light circuit. If you have brake lights then either you have a bad wire connection from where the solenoid wire ties into the brake light wire or a bad solenoid.
