Hello I have a friend with a adly thunder bike 150cc it was shutting off and hard to start. It turns out there was a cap full of oil in the motor. He was riding and it made a lot of clatting noises and than it shut off. I check it and thats when I saw how much oil was in it. I checked the compression and there is none. He asked me was there a bore kit for his bike, since it has to be took apart. So I will ask you guys . Do you know all the parts it needs, I know it a four stroke and has 4 valves it says that on the head. If so is there a video on how to take apart the scooter. p.s. if no bore kit is there a place i can get the parts for it. Thanks Ernest

What motor does it have in it and what year is it.

Look on the left side motor case under the CVT and the type of motor will be itched on the case LIKE 157QMJ etc..
It is not a special scoot or anything and parts are available.

Key thing is knowing all the measurements when ordering parts just like in this video GY-6 engines can be different;

When you get it apart take good measurements and make sure the kit you buy is the same and remember some kits have to have the case milled to fit depending on what size you actually order.

it's a 2008 and what number i saw was ct150 and under that was "000060" reading what you guys are talking about, its seems to me this kit might be trouble. I think i better just get the replacement parts.

Are you sure that is what is on the case ct150???

hi i was worndering if someone can help me i'm new at this.i have 2007 mp-250-a-jcl scooter for the past few weeks for some ression when we go out on the scooter it seems to shut off when we push on the breaks. i hope some can help us out we start it with the key i was told it better that way so please i hope some one can help

Question, when on the center stand and it is idleing is the REAR WHEEL SPINNING?
IF IT IS when you put on the brakes it really puts a load on the motor and that can cause it to die.

If so turn down the IDLE so that the REAR WHEEL JUST wants to move BUT NOT SPINNING.
