got the side panes off and can't locate 20 amp fuse on the back right side above the muffler
in fact very doubtful there is a 20 amp fuse located there
taking those panels off is a tough job
the problem is no headlights or tail lights
any help?

If you have the linhai it has a 20A fuse right on the starter relay. Looks just like this without the wires on it.

If you don't have the fused relay then someone has altered or removed it or I doubt you have a reflex clone with a linhai.


I told you to look for the starter relay once before;

All of the symptoms = blown main 20A fuse. The scooter has two main fuses the 20A as I mentioned and a 15A fuse located by the battery.

The 20A fuse is loctated on the starter solenoid relay right above the muffler behind the back right side panel. If this fuse blows the scooter will not make a sound period.

Now the 15 amp fuse is generally by the battery and if it blows you'll not have things like the horn and such nor will it start except one can start it with the remote again provided the 20A fuse is still good.


These are the typical cheap Chinese blade type fuses and should be replaced with good quality fuses all part of the PDI you need to peform.

As far as the charging you need to put the battery on a slow 1 amp or less charger and then test it to see if it holds 12.5 Vdc or better after removing it from the charger for 1 hour. The when it's idling take a volt meter and test the charging output with a multimeter by checking at the battery. With a fully charged battery at idle it should read 13.0 Vdc or better and at 5k RPM it should easily hit better than 14.0 Vdc.
