A bit posthumus, as this was from a purchase back near the end of February, but hopefully no less relevant. For what was intended to be a wintertime upgrade (having no clue of the unseasonable warmth to come), I ordered several things from the Mainely Scooters eShop: - 15/38 Final Reduction Gear Set (NCY)
- Dr. Pulley sliders (11g)
- 2x Kenda K413 Tires, 130~120/70-12
- Gearbox gasket
- Iridium Plug
- Gates Powerlink 842 belt
- Exhaust gasket
Checkout was not a problem. Communication was good, with a total of 4 update emails as the order processed and shipped. This reflected well on expediency, as the order was prepped and shipped over the course of about 8 hours on the same business day. I ordered things from several vendors online that day, with this order arriving first out of about 4, so shipping was PDQ. Considering I was about 1/2 way across the country and said shipping was also free, not bad at all. Packaging was secure and professionally labeled - adequate for reasonable protection of the contents (there was the inevitable smushed corner by the shipper on this fairly sizable box, but nothing damaged inside). Without drifting into product reviews, I was pretty satisfied with this vendor. Pricing was very fair IMO - when all was said and done, I paid slightly less for quality, branded stuff than I would have paid for questionable-quality generics of similar function from some other sources, so that's about as much as one could ask for in my book. Will definitely be looking back to this vendor for future orders. The information presented here is the unverified experience of Evilgenius and may not necessarily reflect the views and opinions of staff, management, and/or your crazy neighbor lady's pet parakeet. "Believe it or not."

i sorta had a small hand in pushing greg to do it., about 10 months ago, +/-
he's the only vendor i deal with. but i leave everything pretty stock. well actually ill tell ya what kind of guy he is. { hope he doesnt mind} Chrissy wouldnt start, no spark Greg sent me used cdi, coil , but tested, he was stripping out some of his rentals., to see if those r the prob NOPE when it was decided that it was my magneto that was toast and this was decided by some FINE GENTLEMAN here, who talked me into buying a VOM, teaching me how to use it, on line then providing pic by pic, by script what wires to test & what they should say.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH
i ordered a flywheel puller from greg Chrissy was my only transport then, got it in 3 days 2 ?? i really diddnt wanna do this, 'cause every time i touch something, i screw it up. so i went down to my van mech, ted, great guy also, 2 blocks away. thank god, wasnt busy at all, so we try, fly wheeler puller wont go on, 1st three threads, are crushed, u could see it was painted, like defect from factory. ted try to file the threads to get em to work, it dont. so i email Greg he's gonna have another shipped to me that day, i get it , it Fed up also long story short -- took chrissy to shop. anyways, i waited to long to send 1st Fed one up back so greg ate price of 2nd one plus shipping, plus the used cdi, coil he sent.
i think he told me , that we r square. if PIGGERS wouldnt have cost me $600 last month i would have sent him some $$$ by now.he hasnt said a word. and still communicate
