I'm getting spark, but switched all the spark items anyways to be sure. The engine seems to not be making suction for the fuel pump. I pulled the plug and looked inside.. I see the piston pumping. I tried to suck on the vacuum line to force in fuel and it still wouldnt start. It's a friends. He bought it new. It's at 750 miles and he never changed the oil.. from the manual it should have been done 3 times by now. I'm pretty sure it's the engine. Just want to be sure.

Check compression,,with a screw in gauge if you have one or can get a loaner,,oreilly or autozone loans tools but a deposit is required that's returned when you bring to tool back un damaged ,,if no gauge put your finger over the plug hole and hit the starter there should be a sizable pressure that'll push your finger off the hole,,,or gauge should have at least 100 psi to be considered healthy,,get 130-140 engine good and I would be looking at fuel delivery if you have a decent spark,,,as you said he probably burned it up by not paying attention to the oil

Okay it is definitely blown. When I put my finger over the sp as ro plug hole to see if there was any moisture or smell for fuel there was zero suction

Bummer,,if the lower end checks out ok just put a new piston and barrel on it See I used a bore hole inspector. I could see the piston moving and the crud on it. I could not see a hole like I did in my corolla when it blew right thru the center. All it will take is a piston and what's a barrel a sleeve?
