Not a problem we will get it going, no biggy DID you check for spark?
If you have a SPARE PLUG take the BOOT CAP off the plug on the motor and stick the spare plug in the boot and HOLD IT ON THE VALVE COVER and crank it and you should see the SPARK PLUG FIRING.

Yes I have spark. Like I said, it runs if I flood it. Just won't stay running or start back up.

Sounds just like a fuel problem if it runs if you put gas in it yourself.
Put up some pictures of the Carb area and hoses for me Maybe I can see your problem.

Changed back to the original carb. Did the screw as you said. Still not turning over. I will try to get pics up. I know I'm getting gas. When I try to start it gas is coming out of the overflow tube.

What hose is the fuel coming out of the bottom hose on the carb or a hose near the top of the carb.

The hose at the top. It's cut at a 45 degree angle.

Well that means the carb is flooding. You need to take the carb off and check the float and the shut off vlave. It is not shutting off the fuel when it is full. The valve moves up into the fuel inlet to shut off the fuel. It could be damaged or the fuel inlet could have crud and not allowing the valve to fit good and seal. Alleyoop   |

Floats and that pin moves freely as I can tell.

Yea it can move freely BUT is the tip damaged and is the FLOAT adjusted right. ITS FLOODING so something is wrong either with the FLOAT not adjusted right or the PIN is not sealing the FUEL INLET HOLE the hole can have crud in it and or the PIN is damaged and if its a rubber tip it may be eaten away. YOU HAVE TO TAKE the carb off and take the bowl off and take the float out and check it out. EITHER that or buy a new carb, it is not going to fix ITSELF.

The kill switch has been finicky for me... I have a feeling the kill switch is not working. how can I bypass it to test this hypothesis... the wire colors running to my kill switch and starter button are black, black/white, red/yellow, and green. I have a multimeter as well if this is helpful |

I have a problem with my falcon r 200 168.9cc tried cranking it as it was turning over about to start as it always does it stopped turning over, and after trying to start it again I noticed the headlights are on while in cranking position and this is a ac powered scooter, I've never seen anything like this happen before it's 3 years old absolutely has had no issues what so ever until this,any idea what made this happen
