okay back to the radiator fan again i fixed this once do i have to do it again after my scoot sat there for almost 2 months cause i had hand surgery finally got it all back together today besides changing the spark plug ,now the dang fan wouldnt come on when it hit hot does this mean im gonna have to reburp it to get the fan to come on or do we have any more ideas why it isnt working just sitting there HELPPPPPPPPPPPP AGAIN.

I can't say for sure that it's what's causing your issue but I DO know that when I did my PDI and changed all my fluids, the radiator fan WOULD NOT come on until I got the cooling system completely full. Other than that, if you can get to the connectors to see if one of then has somehow vibrated loose (and isn't making connection) Good luck. You'll get it sorted.
