I have not worked on it. The one that dumped all the oil I pulled off to the side until I can pull the motor get it running and sell the POS. The linhai Is running Think the issue was with the CDI I will try different one on it. I think if it was the coil it would just be completly dead but if the CDI and I still have the problem when it gets warm I will try new different coil on it. Right now I am just waiting till it cools down tonight so we can get New Trunks and Saddle bags mounted up on scooters.. :

Not to jump this thread, but I have a problem in the same area. When I take off ( regardless of throttle pressure) it feels like the belt moves to quickly in the pullys at 7-10 Mph and the rpms drop, the scoot surges forward them goes up to speed normal after that. It started after sitting all winter.

Hey this is what threads are for read, get valuable info from others and then ask. Your problem sounds very similiar. need to pull the CVT cover, do a good PM as in cleaning, checking for sticking variator weights, greasing. Also check the belt for wear.
