Depends on what type of carb if the Throttle cable mounts on the side of the carb you will need a small open end wrench or a cresent wrench to tighten up the two nuts that hold the throttle cable to the bracket. And of course a screwdriver to tighten the clamps that hold the Air Filter to the carb and the clamp that holds the carb to the INTAKE Manifold.

You can get a small crescent wrench say around 6 inchs long and will fit many smaller nuts. Or get yourself a cheap set of open end wrenchs from say 8mm on up.

The carb should NOT have the cap on if it is an aftermarket carb.

carb came in yesterday... it has a plastic cap over it... I can't unscrew it... should I just pull it out with some pliers??? and I was curious as to which direction to turn the screw to enrich or lean the mixture, and what would be the best procedure for testing this.
